Our house is on the right and you can see the pond in the back and to the left of the house as well as the tree line behind the backyard.

Design Choices
Elevation B with stone veneer. (Not exactly the same color and stone veneer choices.)

Stone veneer - PA Sierra Fieldstone (Bucks County Ledgestone for fireplace). Siding - Silver Mist color. Black frontdoor and shutters.

Kitchen: Scottsdale maple in Espresso cabinet with Bianco Diamante granite counter top.

Master Bath: Scottsdale maple in Espresso cabinet with Cararra stone vanity top.

Armstrong Rural Living Hickory engineered hardwood in Misty Gray (Level B upgrade) shown with kitchen cabinet and counter top.

Misty Gray engineered hardwood and gray carpet in Morning Fog. We'd like to have a little more cushion in the bedrooms to we're adding memory foam padding (Level C). We also upgrade the padding for the remaining carpet areas to Level B.

Kitchen: Carrara marble backsplash (Level C upgrade) shown with kitchen cabinet and counter top.

Master bath: Gray ceramic floor and wall tiles with Emerald Isle accents (Level D upgrade).
Guest bath and basement bath: 6 x 6 gloss white tiles for the walls and 12 x 12 matte white tiles for the floor with Whimsical MV20 accents (Level B). We also upgrade the vinyl floor in laundry room to this matte white tile.
